Pleasanton Christmas

We started off our Christmas vacation in Pleasanton...
The first stop, the RANCH! We brought Ginobili with us, as you can tell, and he LOVED it! He got a chance to run free for hours on end! He was in heaven! He even got so bold as to chase a COW & a DEER! We know what he was dreaming about for the next few nights! :o)

Lex also somehow got me into a deer blind to help him hunt! Well...I didn't know you had to be completely still and quiet, so I wasn't much help! Here's a pic of us decked out in our camo!

Opening Presents in Pleasanton

Ginobili was first....and boy did he tear through that paper fast! He may not have known what he was doing, but he sure looked like a pro!

Lex got a new shirt (the one he's wearing) and money to get a life time Texas hunting membership! He was pretty excited! :o)

Here's us sporting our new things!

Sandra & Fred showing off their new presents too!

And look...Ginobili even has his own stocking!
On Christmas Day we headed to Nanny's house (Sandra's Mom) and got a chance to visit with their family. We had a great Christmas meal with a fried turkey, ham, quail, stuffing and the list goes on! With full belly's we then made our way up to Dallas...

Christmas in Carrollton

After our trip to Pleasanton we headed up to Dallas for a few days...
We started the festivitites with just the 6 of us. We opened presents and ate more great food!

The next night the Hill family came over to visit, eat and exchange presents!

All three cousins now are complete with an Aggie Ring and a wedding ring! WHOOP!

Ginobili is one tired pup!

Our next party was with the Kilgore's...Channing, Jonathan, Taylor & Donny (Taylor's BF)
We ate more food and opened more presents! Boy I love Christmas!

Jonathan was super excited about his gift card to Best Buy!

And Valarie loved her teddy bear!

Cindy in the Upstate!

Last weekend my sister, Cindy, came all the way out here to South Carolina to visit! We had so much fun shopping! Nothing beats shopping with your sister! We hit up the mall on Friday and then the rest on Saturday. We ate a lot of food and cooked a lot of cookies! I didn't take too many pictures, but here is one to enjoy!

In the picture above..Find Lex!
Here are a few pictures from my company Christmas Party as well.

This past week, we also got a chance to doggy sit, Bucky! Bucky is our Aggie friend, Clayton's dog. He lives down the street and had to go out of town on work, so we watched his pup! What a cutie and wow does he have a lot more energy than Ginobili! We had a hard time keeping up!

Happy Thanksgiving!

For Thanksgiving we had the opportunity to cook for both of our parents! We brought out the crystal and set up our new table nice and festive. Lex fried the turkey and I made all the sides! Take a look at all the pictures below! We sure are thankful to have such great parents! And hope next year we can celebrate with even more of you! Hope you all had a Happy Thanksgiving and are looking forward to the Christmas season ahead!

Our new table all set for Thanksgiving dinner!

The spread of food...stuffing, sweet potatoes, green beans, ham, turkey, rolls, cranberry salad, salad salad, cream cheese celery bites, pumkin pie and pecan pie!!!

Lex injecting the turkey for the frying!

A full plate of goodness!

We sat down as a family and read through all the ads...Lex & Sandra ended up taking a trip to CompUSA to get an external hardrive and a camera! The doors opened at midnight...when they got there, the line to get in was wrapped around the store and by the time they got in, the cameras were all gone :( They did end up getting out of there with a great deal on a hard drive for Fred and a 100 pack of CD's for me!

The day after Thanksgiving, the AGGIES played and BEAT t.u!!!! WHOOOP!!! We also put up our Christmas tree with the help of my parents! Above Ginobili is pictured with his reindeer ears that Sandra brought him...what a cutie pie! He was a tired pup after a long visit with the grandparents!

Here's is a nice picture of my parents! Happy Holidays!

Trip to Dallas

This is a picture of the beautiful sunset out of the airplane window...we took probably 30 different photos, it was beautiful! We made it to Dallas around 7:00, I stayed and Lex continued on to Pleasanton. He got a chance to spend time hunting and enjoying the ranch with his family and I got a chance to visit with my family and friends in Dallas. It was a great weekend for both of us!
On Friday night, us girls got to hang out! It was so nice to just get together like old times. We went to Emily's new apartment in Fort Worth and then headed to Sundance Square where we ate at MiCocina! Great times!

On Saturday we went and ate lunch with Me-Maw!

Then, mom and I went shopping in South Lake...and I love South Lake. It is such a cute area! And great shopping!

Sunday, The Kilgore's came over to visit! We ate some more great food and just caught up! I can't believe how much I miss out on being in South Carolina. But it sure is nice to get to visit with everyone when I come back!

We can't wait to be back for Christmas!
