The Barton's come to S.C.!

This weekend Karen and Jake came to visit us! It was soo good to see some good ole' Texas friends!! They are the first of our Texas friends to come see the house and meet Ginobili and we had a great time! I wish they could have stayed longer, but we really enjoyed the time we had with them!Here's a pic of the four of us at the house!
Friday night we went to downtown Greenville to show the them park and Main Street! Here's a pic of Karen and Jake in front of the Reedy River Falls! How cute!
Saturday we took them up to North Carolina and climed Looking Glass Rock! This is from the top of the mountain - what hikers they are! On the way down the sky opened up on us and poured down rain! It was a nice way to keep us cool though!

Another Baby!

Look, we are parents yet again! We actually have two new baby fish that have survived thus far. I couldn't get them both in the picture at the same time because they tend to hide out in this rock to protect themselves from the other fish eating them! Can you believe the parents usually eat their babies? We are very happy to see that two have survived! In the past year and a half, we have had only one other baby survive!

Congratulations Sara and Ryan!

Today Ryan and Sara are officially "The Glenn's"!

They had a beautiful morning wedding in the mountains of Georgia overlooking the lake! We really enjoyed watching them say I DO and even more glad to have them both officially as our neighbors! Congrats guys!

Yesterday we had a chance to go out to this guy Eric's lake house for the afternoon. He plays basketball with Lex and several other guys at GE. We had a great time and actually both had a chance to learn to water ski! Both of us have tried before, but haven't been very successful. This time we both got up and stayed up on the skies for quite a while! It was awesome and today we are both quite sore! Guess that means we need to start working out again :o) Anyway, here are a few pics of the afternoon! Note the golf cart that the guy drives from his house to his boat deck - he had a pretty nice set up going on!

The Secret Garden

The Secret Garden is now revealed! We couldn't conceal this thing if we tried. We have been eating a ton of squash and peppers and hopefully a lot of tomatoes soon! Just know that if you are planning on visiting us this summer - you will get to take home some fresh veggies! :o)
