Grammy & Pappy

Katelyn got all dressed up on Sunday to pick up Grammy & Pappy from the airport! She loved watching the new Southwest Airlines planes come into Greenville..woohoo!

Huggies for Grammy!!!

They stayed thru Friday, so we got to celebrate St. Patty's Day with them...look at our little Lucky Charm with her Lucky Lady! ( Love her expression...I guess she didn't know what to think of all that green!)

We took our first trip to Gatti Town too, I had no idea how big that place was! Katelyn loved it and we are definitely planning on going back soon!

She especially loved the Carousel!

Pappy & Grammy took care of Katelyn all day Monday & Tuesday while Lex and I worked. We are so thankful they were able to do this since she was still slightly recovering from the flu. I think they all really enjoyed that time together! Here is Pappy taking Katelyn for a ride in her wagon around the yard!

On Thursday we headed to the mall to do some shopping & of course some playing! Our Mall just put in this little train, it's really pretty cute and of course Katelyn got a kick out of it.

One thing Pappy & Grammy taught Katelyn while they were here was how to sing "Rain Rain Go Away" Come again another day! She's had several opportunitites this week to practice! Here is a video from this afternoon, you have to listen very closely. Excuse the topless look, she just spilt her drink on her white shirt.... :)

Thank you for a great visit Poth's. We all miss you and can't wait to come visit you this summer!

This girl's got the flu!

All I have to say is, I sure wish I acted this good when I was sick. She's such a good sport, for the most part :)
I also had to add one quick pic of Katelyn glamming it up at Lily's Birthday party on Saturday. As you can see here, she tried to hog the dress up table by putting every necklace, bracelet & pairs of sunglasses as possible. I think we may be in trouble...glamor girl, I love it :) Maybe one day she'll teach me a thing or two!

Pig Tails and Playtime

I attempted pig tails on Katelyn this morning and she got the biggest kick out of it! She just thought she was cool stuff, checking herself out in the mirror all morning! Love this girls smile!

We spent all morning at home, which doesn't happen very often. We got very creative...we painted, played with playdoh, made forts (below) and made chocolate/hazelnut cookies (my favorite and a little welcome home surprise for Lex! We love nutella! :)

This was from earlier in the week, just playing around....

Weeeeeee

Dress up time...earrings and all!

Happy Friday!
