Happy Easter

We won a free mini-session at a local photography studio and got a cute Easter picture out of it! My goal was to get them both smiling and looking at the camera. All the photographer had to do was say "aahhh-chew" and they both looked and smiled....now I have a new trick to use :)

Opening a few Easter goodies from Grammy & Pappy earlier this week!

Katelyn had an Easter egg hunt at school on Thursday and they allowed the little siblings to participate too. They had them use egg carton's instead of baskets in order to limit each kid to 12 eggs, pretty good idea!

And treats were served in their room afterwards. K and I made these cute cookies to take as well!

This morning the Easter Bunny left the kids full baskets of goodies too! And hid more eggs in the front yard!

Ready, Set, Go (Levi's favorite word lately, other than tractor)....

Katelyn even shared several of her eggs with Levi!

We had a nice laid back Easter Sunday. We missed having family to celebrate with, but we enjoyed a nice church service, lunch, (naps) and a nice dinner as our little family of 4.

Levi's First Dentist Appointment

We headed to the Dentist this past week for both the kids this time, so Levi's first official visit. Katelyn was such a good big sis, showing him how to do everything so he followed her lead and let them clean his teeth up in the big kid chair! Katelyn laid in my lap the first few visits to the dentist, so it apparently it helps to have an older sister show you how it's done. We love our dentist!

This neck of the woods...

It's been a fun March, can't believe it's almost over. Here are a few things we've been up to around this neck of the woods :)

Looking for the comet...and we saw it, pretty amazing!

This boy had a double ear infection and pink eye last week :( His eye was better the day after he got meds...unfortunately he passed his pink eye on to his Momma though and it's lasted almost all week for me.

Sweet Katelyn one day last week at naptime, love pictures of them sleeping!

One quick pic at the toddler library class we try to hit up each week.

Katelyn got hot chocolate one night, so I thought I'd just try putting dry cocoa on his tray and he loved it...haha!

Pretending it's naptime...apparently it's hilarious to pretend you are sleeping, but yet can't stop smiling!

Love that they can play together now!

Haircuts...Levi seemed to enjoy it this time, he's growing up...tear :)

Pretty Girl! They gave her a french braid and curled the ends, she though she was soo special!

Chocolate Milk trip to see the cows...

...and Levi's favorite part, the tractor!

Levi's first girlfriend...they hugged and even kissed (until we had to pull them apart) one day on the McDonald's playground! (this was after he had recovered from pink eye, otherwise I may have concluded he caught it from her...haha)

Spartanburg Mall has a trampoline jump thing...we couldn't resist and had to let K try it out. I have to admit, I wish I was the one up there jumping. It looked like a blast.

Birthday Parties

March has been a month of birthday parties! Gattitown for Lily's party, Backyard Bounce House for Andy's,  Frozen yogurt for Cayden's and a Princess party for Ana! We've had a blast celebrating each of their birthdays, here are a few pictures to remember it by. First Lily's....

Anxiously awaiting their release to go play games and ride the carousel.

Andy's 3rd Birthday - Construction theme with a bounce house, horses to feed and a "tractor" to ride.

Cayden's party at a frozen yogurt place, what a great idea for a party, plus face painting!

And Ana's party was today...I completely forgot to take any pictures, but it was adorable, they made tiaras & necklaces and danced at the "ball" with their wands! Wish I had remembered to take a pic of all the little ones with their cute dresses/prince gear on!
