Kyler turned 9 months last week and we went to his well check this morning. He weighed in at 21 lbs. (56%), 28 1/2" (56%), 47 cm head (97%). He apparently has thinned out a little now that he has started crawling, but his head is still huge...it's all those brains, of course! Our smart baby! He is still very aware of strangers (anyone but Mommy, really), when I mentioned that to the doc she said, "Oh, he's just a smart baby, the earlier they have stranger anxiety the smarter they are!!".....I'll take that :) I do believe he is a smartypoo though, I am a little biased of course! He just seems "with it" to me. He can say Mama, which of our three, he is the first to say it to me, I believe.
His first big boo boo....his hand slipped while pulling up on our wooden kid table and his head hit right against the leg of the table. Luckily the bump went down by the next morning.
He is not a big fan of crawling on hard surfaces, the tile and concrete included. Whatever works buddy!
