First Steps

Kyler took his first full step on April 1st, and has since taken 3-4 steps over and over. He really loves to walk and practice and you can tell he is so proud of himself. It won't be long until we have a little toddler on our hands...tear!

10 Year Anniversary

Awww, look at those kids! 

We were able to spend the night down at the Riverwalk eating outside on the patio of The Little Rhein Steakhouse, got ice cream and rode a horse and carriage (which neither of us had done before). It was a perfect night!

We also opened the 10 year old bottles of wine that I had brought back from Spain while we were dating. I'd been saving them for a special day. Needless to say, we each took a sip and then threw the rest away. Yuck! 

Frozen on Ice

Katelyn received Frozen on Ice tickets for her birthday back in August and she finally got to go!! Lex took her and they had a great little Father/Daughter date!

Easter

We started the day with an early church service and then after church we hosted lunch at our house. Katelyn helped me set the table the day before. We were given Lex's grandmother's silver on our anniversary, so we were excited to use it for Easter lunch.

The Easter Bunny came!

We had an egg hunt after lunch in our front yard. The kids both ended up with full baskets!

Poor Kyler was napping during the hunt, but he loved playing with the empty eggs once we woke up.

It's not a party without a little impromptu dancing!

We went to the neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday morning.

Love this picture of Drew on Easter too. Although we didn't get to be with The Fleharty's, we sure were thankful for this happy smile!!
