We now officially have a ONE year old! It is hard to believe a whole year has gone by already. Kyler is such a sweetie pie, loves his Momma more than anything, loves his blankie a whole lot too, and of course Katelyn, Levi, & Daddy are the best too (as long as Mommy is also still in the room)!
He is walking across rooms now and so proud of himself. He still crawls most of the time, but has been practicing walking a whole lot! Everyday he walks more and more on his own. He tries to talk and communicate a lot. We've heard him say....Mama, Dada, Dog, Sissie, Car, Dirt, Light, That, and Door. He is constantly pointing at things and telling us all about them. He loves animals, especially dogs and birds. Some of his favorite books are ones with real pictures in them, he points and waits for me to say what it is. He is learning so much and just soaking it all in. It's so fun to be a part of his everyday life and watch him gain confidence and learn!
He eats mostly what we eat, but he is not a fan of green beans. He picks them out and throws the on the floor. Ugh. Most everything else he is okay with, but he really loves peanut butter, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal....all the sweet stuff :)
On his actual birthday, we hit up Gymboree in the morning, played with his new water table (thank you Fleharty's), and had a picnic dinner in the backyard. Perfect day with our sweet baby!

We just switched to a new pediatrician they didn't give me the exact percentages, but here's Kyler's ONE year stats:
23 lbs. 4 oz. (50-60% approx)
30" (50-60%)
Head 80-90%
He's got some sweet chunky legs, but somehow he's not off the charts in weight.
