Swim Team

Katelyn started swim team for this first time and is loving it. She said, "I think swimming is my thing!" Her friend Tessa has done it for a few years, so she told us about it. It's with the neighborhood across the street, so a lot of her friends from school are on the team as well. I am completely amazed at how much she has improved over the past few weeks. Here are a few pictures from the meets. 

Backstroke is her best so far. In the past two meets she has placed 3rd overall and was the fastest for her team.

Birthday Party Fun

The kids had 4 Birthday parties to attend this month....2 of Levi's friends and 2 of Katelyn's friends! They've had a blast.....The Little Gym, The Jumpy Place, an Olympic Themed Pool Party, and another backyard splash party. Katelyn's parties are drop off parties, so I don't have pictures of those, but she's had a blast too!

Katelyn is already scheming what kind of party she wants.....2 months in advance! :)

Lex gave the boys haircuts for the first time. My Granny gave us the clippers she used on my Dad and his siblings....they still work great and he did a pretty good job.

Last day of 1st Grade

Katelyn had a great year in 1st grade. She had Mrs. D'Amore and absolutely loved her! She reads like a champ, got all 'E's', loves schoolwork, made some great friends, and is looking forward to 2nd grade already! Here are a few pictures of us eating lunch with her the day before school was out and their end of the year party!

Last Daysof K3

Levi's had his last day of K3 with Mrs. April earlier in May. He had such a great year, made a lot of great friends, and learned a lot! During the last few days/weeks of school they did lots of fun things. Here are a few pictures I grabbed from his teachers blog......Superhero Day, Wacky Wednesday, Fiesta Float Parade.....such a fun little school. He is registered to go back in the Fall for K4, yay!
