The Boys New Room

We have been thinking about having the boys share a room for awhile now, so we finally got it all done. We painted and redecorated, they are so excited. We were even able to use Lex's old desk and dresser from his room as a kid. It's such a fun room now! (Levi still had a baby pink valence from the previous owner above the window...it was so light though, he never noticed, nor cared :)

Last Day of 2nd Grade

Katelyn continues to love school and made lots of new friends this year. She is such a great student and we are so proud of all her hard work and how much her teachers have all raved about her. Here's to a bright future with more fabulous teachers and a love for learning!

On the last day she rode the bus to school because her bus driver was buying all the kids tacos for breakfast - he's the best!!

After school...we met up with friends at the pool and came home to water balloons and popsicles! The best way to start summer off right!

Last Days of Preschool for Levi

For Preschool Graduation, they held the ceremony the Friday before school let out, so we got all spiffed up and Linday & Pappy came in to make this boy feel special. He looked so handsome! They had a sweet celebration, sang a few songs, and had snacks (the important part, of course!)

They also had an Art Museum set up with a piece of art from each child displayed. I was very impressed with Levi's policeman. He has not been a big fan of art, until the last few months. He's improved a lot.

If you zoom in on the character behind him, it says that "Levi wants to be a construction worker when he grows up." - Texas A&M does have a great construction science program...heheh! Gig 'em!!

The next Friday was his actual last day and they had a super fun day, that ended with a family picnic!!

The OG Moms!! These moms have been so great to get to know over the past two years. We have really loved Levi's time at OHC and are really going to miss this group of kids and moms!! 

Mother's Day

I had a great Mother's Day....complete with breakfast in bed, lots of homemade cards, a sweet Mother's Day Tea @ Preschool, and got to spend the afternoon with my Mom and Sister. Perfect!

Cindy was so sweet to have another little celebration for Kyler's Birthday too. He had seen a PJ Mask car when we went to Toys R Us to look around before his birthday. He asked me a week after his birthday, why he didn't get the PJ Mask Catcar.....so The Fleharty's swept in and made his dreams come true. He loves it!
