Poth House

Well demo is complete at the POTH house, we had to remove all the sheet rock in order to re-do all the electrical, so it's all down and next week they will be fixing the foundation. We should also be ordering the windows and exterior doors next week, which is so exciting! From there we'll get to frame out the spaces that we're changing, which will be a huge step! It's a slow process, but it'll get there. It's pretty scary looking from the outside right now, so we're probably scaring the neighbors, but the end product is going to be awesome!! Can't wait!

Snow Cones in Floresville on our way home after a long day in Poth.

Random Fun

I am cherishing this time I have alone with Kyler, he's just so sweet at this age. Here he fell asleep on the stairs during quiet time with his favorite toys....a monster truck that he's pretending is the Ranger Truck from Ranger Rob, his favorite show. And below he is pretending the be a Koala Bear in the tree at our neighborhood park.

School days.....playing hairdresser, peeling carrots, doing the chicken dance....he loves his school.

And I love that he wants to help in the kitchen sometimes too.

Levi reunited with some preschool friends for Graham's birthday party. They always have the best time! Oliver, Graham, Levi & Sophia

Levi had his Kindergarten "Town Meeting" a few weeks ago too and did so well. He was chosen to hold up a sign during the performance and danced in front for one of the songs. He was so excited!! I took mostly videos, this is my only picture. You can see him holding up the letter E.

Lex and I also celebrated our 13th Anniversary last week! Hard to believe it's been 13 years! This year is going to be one of our most adventurous though with the house renovation and a complete lifestyle change, we are super excited for what the future holds!

We went to Fiesta Texas to celebrate and ride the big roller coasters without the kiddos (thanks Lindsay for watching them!) Only we discovered that we don't handle roller coasters as well as we used too. We managed to force ourselves to ride 3 and then we were done!! And off to dinner we went! LOL. We went from roller coasters to the RIM where we at at MASH'd and visited the RUSTIC. We were 10 minutes from home but felt like we could have been in Europe again, red telephone booths and all :)

EASTER

Lots of Easter Fun.....

The preschool Easter party is held at a parents home every year and this year it was at Henry's House!

The Saturday of Easter weekend, we went to a family party at Aunt Patricia & Uncle Victor's house. We enjoyed spending time with everyone and they even had an egg hunt just for our 3 littles, next Easter there will be another little baby girl in the family too though! Yay!

Easter Morning we went to church and then headed up to Leander to spend the afternoon with our Kilgore Family. For breakfast we started off the day with cereal.....FROZEN cereal....APRIL FOOLS KIDDOS!! :) Levi was sad because I used up all the fruit loops though and he had to have shredded wheat instead. Poor kiddo!

We met at a park for lunch and an egg hunt. And Pops was so nice to let us all start the lunch off with the "cake pops" he made......

Brussell Sprout Pops, actually!!! Ewwww! APRIL FOOLS

Egg Hunters are ready!!! Ready, Set, Go.....

Only the first round they ran and ran only to find NO eggs!! LOL...APRIL FOOLS again!

Ok, second time....GO, Drew, Go!!

They each got full baskets!!

Watch out though, some are candy and some are candy wrappers filled with grapes!! APRIL FOOLS AGAIN :)

We attempted a bluebonnet picture, but alas this was all the cooperation we got. Better than nothing, I guess! :)

Happy Easter!

Spring Break

We headed north for Spring Break....first stop was at the Play For All Abilities park in Roundrock to meet up with Cindy & Drew! We picked up Mimi from here and she rode to Carrollton with us for a few days of play!

They have added on to this park since last year, it's amazing! We brought the kids bikes/scooters and they spent most of their time in the pretend city. So cute!!

They added this zipline too, it was a big hit!

Drew even had his own wheelchair lane :)

Once in Carrollton, we relaxed a lot and let the kids play at Mimi & Pops' which is what they love the most. We also hit up a Touch-A-Truck....which Levi loved!! Kyler and Katelyn preferred to play on the playground nearby.

We also headed over the the Galleria and ended up trying out ice skating for the first time. This girl LOVED it! She ended up with a big blister, which normally would have caused major drama, but her quote exactly was, "it was worth it, I loved it!"

Levi and I hung to the wall mostly, but had lots of fun!

And Katelyn and Mimi loved doing a little shopping at the American Girl store.

We also went to go see Coco in 3D!

And of course made it to our favorite Carrollton park for a picnic and playtime.

The final stop of our adventure was at "Cousin Camp 2018"!! Cindy's surprised the kids with t-shirts, smores, hotdogs, etc. They LOVED it and wished they could have Cousin Camp all the time!! Thanks Cindy for a great night!
