All Boy

Kyler's proving to be all boy lately....or clumsy....one of the two! 

Incident #1...A run in with the patio chair while scootering on the back porch! We're so thankful his actual eye was not injured! It does appear he's going to have a scar above his eye though, we'll see!

Incident #2....He fell out of the tiny unzipped hole on a trampoline at the Nichol's house Super Bowl party sunday night. Landed head first on his nose and wrist....his nose was fine, but ended up with a buckle fractured wrist. He's now officially the FIRST of all 5 of us to have a cast. At FOUR years old. Hoping this trend stops here! 

Yesteday, he said the best part of his day was getting his cast! He was pretty excited to show his teachers at school today too! 

Around the House

A recent pic of the outside of the house....next up...landscaping! A garage! Shutters! A fence! The list keeps going! It's going to be a few years before we have a true "after picture." So I thought this one will have to do for now.

We are loving our new house!

Basketball Kiddos

These two tried something new this year....Basketball! It's been fun to watch them learn something new. Katelyn is really loving it and is quick at defense!! Levi enjoys skills clinics and the head BB coach, Wiatrek! He almost made a basket in his game this Saturday! We are so proud of these kids. 

They've had quite a few fans in the stands too, thanks for coming and taking pics, Aunt Peggy!

On the days Kyler is home, we try to have lots of fun and learn a little too! Reality is setting in, I only have a few more months with my little partner before summer and then kindergarten. I know he's going to do so well in kinder, but this Momma is not ready to be home alone 5 days a week! Anyways....we are vowing to make the most of our time together! Here's January fun with my youngest buddy!

Puzzles are so much easier on hard wood floors than carpet! He did this all by himself!

Grace Bible Preschool

In November, we switched Kyler to an MDO preschool program at our church. He'd been on the waiting list since we moved, so when an opening came up we switched him. It's been such a blessing! They are incredibly loving, intentional, and fun. He's loving school again! Except that it goes until 3, which he says is too long....I think that's great so he can get used to it before Kinder. His teachers have been great about posting pictures to the schools FB page, and I love getting a little insight into his day. We are all loving our new church and school!
