Levi is 8 years old!

Presents and decor all ready the night before his birthday! He was so excited and woke up at 3:30 in the morning, then again at 5:30, when we finally all got up to open presents!!

He got a lego race car, a playmobil bus, a big wheel 360 degree drift bike, mechanical pencils, some small things, and my old cannon camera. He's loved it all! This smile says it all! My favorite part is when he opened Kyler and Katelyn's gift, and gave them each a big hug!

Croissants were the request again this birthday! BUT he woke up too early to get his breakfast in bed this year. Haha!

It was a Friday, so we made plans to celebrate at school and after school. We started by going to eat lunch with all three kiddos at school. Kyler eats at 10:45, Levi at 11, Katelyn @ 11:20.....so we hopped from table to table.

Then, I went to Levi's class to sing Happy Birthday with a cookie cake!

At 2:30, I went up for the Pep Rally and grabbed all these kiddos to sit with me! Levi chose to have Harper & Jackson join us for go-karting versus having a party at our house. It was so fun! They rode with us after school up to San Antonio and we all had a blast.

We went to K1 Speed and while we waited for our turn, we played the arcade games. Air Hockey was the biggest hit!

They're UP! Levi has on the yellow helmet, Katelyn's next, then Jackson with the light blue. Harper decided she didn't want to ride, so she cheered with us.

Then we headed to Cici's Pizza for dinner. Easy to please everyone at a buffet! Levi has macaroni pizza & macaroni on one of his plates. LOL, dreams coming true on his birthday!

And a homemade racecar #8 cake for the win. He helped me decorate it and was so excited about it!

Then we had a little Kilgore family party on Sunday at a park in between SATX and ATX in Buda. It was a beautiful day to celebrate all our Fall birthdays!

It's not a party without Pop's on a tiny bike and a ukelele! Thanks for all our presents fam!

This kiddo loves to play hard, he still especially loves anything with wheels....whether you drive them, ride them, or just roll them around inside. He loves tinkering with anything mechanical and prefers to play with someone rather than by himself. He's picking up piano without practicing too much and now he's going to learn to play ukelele. He asked for a guitar, but Mimi suggested he start with a ukelele which is smaller and can fit kids better. He's going to have a lot of fun with that.  He is a Momma's boy and is always thinking about my feelings, so sweet. He thinks he's hilarious with all his "come backs", sometimes they make sense, sometimes they don't. LOL. Either way, he thinks he's funny. He's doing so well in school and picks things up really easily. We are so glad we get to be his parents and love being there for him everyday!

Happy 8th Birthday, sweet boy!

Halloween Festival and Night

The Poth Halloween Fesitval .... Katelyn got the "prettiest" for the 4th/5th grade costume contest for her Cotton Candy costume.

The others didn't care about the contest and just wanted to play the games.

We have Miles from Tomorrowland (again), a skeleton (again) and Cotton Candy (a last minute homemade decision that turned out super cute)

Trick or Treating off Vogues Street with the Nichols family and the rest of Poth

Then we headed to Dickson Street to end the night. Full buckets. Full bellies. Big smiles.

Softball and Such

What a fun season of softball. Katelyn learned a lot, met a lot of new friends, and hopes to play again!

Her pirate buddy is Morgan Pape, who is a varsity volleyball player, so she was able to run out on the court with her before their last home game a few weeks ago. What a fun experience!

Peanut Festival with some of Katelyn's super sweet friends and their mommas!
