VBS - Grace Bible

We just finished up a week of nightly VBS at our church and everyone had a blast! Katelyn and I were crew leaders for a 4th-5th grade group called the Armadillos, were were lucky enough to get Levi's group so we got to hang with him throughout all the fun!

The big kids were moved outside this year to make room for the little kiddos, so we did lots of fun messy activities like sand art, making slime, elephant toothpaste, a color run, and an orbeeze game. The theme was Monumental, God is in charge, God is strong, and God is everywhere! Love being a part of this every year! This was Levi's last year, but he can be a co-crew with me next year and he's pumped! Katelyn will be old enough to volunteer on her own too!

Baseball Party

We hosted a pool party for Levi's baseball team and surprised them all with trophies for their undefeated season!

It was a little wild, but the Dad's regulated and made sure no one got hurt!

Kicking off Summer...

We haven't had a lot of downtime yet....I've mostly been an UBER for these kiddos....cross country practice, basketball camp, baseball camp, strength & conditioning & volleyball clinics....but in between we've had some friends over to swim, cooked out at the ranch & searched for deer horns, feed animals for the Nichols, made lots of messes at home, created games and obstacle courses (see Kyler below), and started the summer reading program at the library! We're off to a great start!

Winner winner, chicken dinner!

Cow faces are adorable!

iSpy at the Library

Finders Keepers, antique shopping - they all loved finding treasures here and Kyler begged for a typewriter....

Jackson's bday fun.....love these boys!

Lots more fun to be had this summer....and we'll try to squeeze in some rest time too! :)

Memorial Day Weekend - Reagan Wells

We were invited to spend Memorial Day weekend at the Frio with the Nichols family and had a blast! Their place is amazing and the water was so clear!

And this sums up the end of the trip.....LOL!
