Happy 80th Birthday Pappy!

We met up with Pappy, Patricia, Victor & Lindsay at King's Inn on December 28th to celebrate 80 years of life for Pappy! We are all so thankful for his life and all he has done to support and love our family! Praying for many more healthy years ahead!

Happy Birthday Pappy!

Christmas Day w/Pappy & Lindsay

The rest of Christmas Day we spend with Pappy & Lindsay. We opened more presents and played with all the new presents! We had our traditional chili & tamales for an easy mid day meal and just had the best day ever!

Christmas Morning

Merry Christmas!!

5:30 am

Katelyn got a Beachwaver curling iron, jewelry, lululemon pants, a tetherball set, an alarm clock, chicken leg running shorts, a devotion and markers, ear pods, clothes, and some beauty products!

Levi got a new chair for his desk/gaming, cowboy boots, crocs, headphones, a golf practice net for the backyard, a basketball, and some clothes!

Kyler got a Kindle, a Gabb watch, headphones, crocs, a pickleball set, a basketball, lots of books, and some clothes! Plus a lot of little things, too many to list!

I love that they put so much thought into getting each of us gifts too. It is the season of getting and they get that! :)

I got spoiled this year!! A new phone, a Cricut Joy, Mama Mia Tix and a GoPro (for our vacation this summer!) Plus a lot more, including the date with Levi, and handmade ornaments from Katelyn & Kyler!

Kyler got Lex the movie, The Forge...we saw it in the theaters and Kyler knew Lex would watch to watch it again. It's such a great movie, highly recommend!

Lex wrapped this Go Pro up and we all had to work together to rip it open! He thought this was hilarious! Can't wait to make some cool videos to remember our Hawaii trip with this summer!

We don't need all these gifts, by any means, but it sure if fun to spoil each other every now and then!

Merry Christmas!

Christmas Eve

 Before Christmas Eve Service shenanigans....

Lex is our "Santa" this year! (Notice the big belly)
I can't tell is Santa is saying Kyler is on the good list, or not!! haha!

Love celebrating the birth of our Savior with our family! Christmas isn't Christmas, without Christ!

Back home for our "Journey to the Manger"

Stuffed and time to relax for the evening.

But don't forget the egg nog!

Kyler was so excited about Christmas, he went to bed at 7:30 and forgot to set out milk and cookies for Santa, but don't worry, we took care of it!

Christmas w/Mimi & Pops

Mimi and Pops came down and spend the night with us the day before Christmas Eve this year. We had a great time playing games, opening presents, eating, and just relaxing too!

We went simple, but fancy. Lex smoked turkey breast and we had roasted veggies and cranberry sauce, of course! And Kyler made the place cards time time!

Thanks Mimi for keeping the tradition alive....sewing a jingle bell on the kids stockings for another Christmas celebrated!

We busted out Monopoly for the first time in YEARS!!! I can't remember the last time we actually finished a game of monopoly, but we did this time! And it was cut throat, let me tell you. We've got some competitiveness in this family! Lex ended up winning, which is not surprising. We ended up playing a 2nd time later during Christmas break, just the 5 of us and he won again!

Opening presents!!Pickleball & Cowboys for Pops from the kids!

Candy and self care for Mimi from the kiddos!

Thank y'all for our thoughtful gifts!! Love y'all!
