It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas....

Christmas decorating is one of the kids favorite things to do! They especially get into decorating their rooms and outside! Look closely, the boys decorated the tractor wagon and gave each other rides around the yard!! They had so much fun!

This is our first Christmas with Cookie, it's she the cutest thing ever!!

We lucked out this year and found A2 Eggnog at WholeFoods, Kyler was so excited to not drink Almond eggnog this year!

And Katelyn prepared a whole slideshow for us this year with everything on her wishlist :)

After the rooftop lights were strung, we had our traditional dinner on the roof at the "Rooftop Cafe". This year we were serenaded by Kyler on the trumpet playing, "Up On The Housetop". He did a fantastic job! We love this little tradition!

Another night, we had a fire in the firepit and these two "twins" played Uno on the roof. Getting on the roof this time of year, is one of their favs!

Happy Thanksgiving

We spent the Saturday after Thanksgiving at Mimi and Pop's place celebrating November birthdays and of course Thanksgiving! We had a great time eating, catching up and playing some pickleball!

Happy Birthday Cindy & Levi!

They put prizes in the cake, like we used to!! Coins, dollar bills, and coupons...hahaha!!

We look like we could be an advertisement for a pickleball paddle company :)

On Thanksgiving Day we headed up to Lindsay's and had a traditional turkey dinner, it was delish!!

We are so incredibly thankful for our families, good health, and everything God had provided. Each year seems to fly by but I love stopping and looking back at the photos I've taken and it gives me a new fresh perspective on how blessed we truly are.

Don't take life for granted; build a relationship with Jesus, take good care of yourself and the people around you, and lean into the promise of eternal life! That's all we really need :)

Cheer

Friday Night lights ended a little earlier than we expected this year in the 2nd round of playoffs. What a fun season it was though and we are thankful for the friendships that Katelyn made along the way. She will miss Kenzie and Berkley next year as she steps into their role as a Senior!! Wow, that's hard to believe!

Some of her biggest fans!

Blackout Pep Rally fun!

The Mom Crew, love knowing I'll always have a group of Mommas to hangout with in the stands!

With the end of sideline cheer, comes competition season! This year the team will compete in 5 different competitions, to prepare for STATE in January! It's a little more intense this year with the new coach, haha!

They also had a fun team building day where they did a cooking competition at the Culinary Institute of America in downtown San Antonio. It sounds like so much fun, I would love to go do this myself one day!

November Randomness

Cookie enjoying a sleepover at Lindsay's while we were at the Aggie Game :)

He can still pick up his boys, although probably not for much longer!

Floresville car show and antique shopping with the boys!

"Take my picture!"

Kyler loves music, especially Christian music, here are his top songs and singers currently.

Lex and I went to the annual PEG Gala and had a great time!
