Lindsay's Visit

This past weekend, Lindsay, Lex's sister came half way around the world from Singapore to visit us! We were so glad to have her! We tried to give her a tour of Greenville and this is what we did...

On Saturday night, we went to "GE Prom"...they have it every year at the Embassy Suites here in Greenville, with HUGE shrimp and a chocolate fountain :o) We had a good time eating and visiting with Lex's co-workers!
Sunday night, we stayed in and made Sushi...if you like Sushi, we highy recommend making it yourself. We go to Bloom, a new grocery store in town that serves sushi grade tuna, we bought it straight out of the freezer, so we knew it was okay! Yummy!!!

Saturday during the day we headed up to Ceasar's Head to go hiking, it was a little cold at first, but once we got going we had a good time. The whole crew includes...me & Lex, Ryan & Sara, Lindsay and Clayton & Julie (our aggie neighbors)!

Julie, Clayton & Sara enjoying the view....

Raven Cliff Falls...we were hoping to hike close enough to see the Falls a little closer, but this was good enough for us...

Here's Lex & the pup taking a break at the top of the mountain!

We enjoyed our time with Lindsay, but wish we could see her more often! She got stuck on her flight home with all of the snow in Chicago, so I hope you made it home safely!
