This past weekend we made a trip out to Texas. We stopped in Dallas first and stayed with my parents. Luckily it fell right in between all four of our birthdays, so we celebrated them all! For my birthday my Mom and I went to get manicures and pedicures! Look at her lovely toes :o)
We unfortunately didn't have a whole lot of time in Dallas, but I did get a chance to meet Janet for lunch. She came over to AA Poly Bag and we ate at the deli a few doors down!
Janet brought her friend Kim from work with her to lunch and what a small world it is...Kim actually went to elementary with me in Azle and now she lives in the Dallas area and works with Janet! How funny is that! So we got a chance to catch up and reminisce about our childhood!
On Friday afternoon, we headed down to College Station with Danny and Toni and I realized that I didn't get any pictures with them for some reason! Here are a few others from the weekend...
First stop on Saturday was Mi Cocina. We had a mini reunion of our PBX girls! We missed those that couldn't make it, but it sure was good to see everyone else! Mi Cocina is a little whole in the wall Mexican Restaurant in Bryan that we used to go to all the time, they even have a picture of us up on the wall...and it's still there! Good times!
After lunch we tailgated with Lex's friends. They definitely know how to do it right. They had a TV, a tent, food and all you can drink. We had a great time getting ready for the game! This picture is of Lex and his good friend Brian from Plesanton!
Off to the game...we haven't been to Kyle field or College Station for that matter for 3 years! They have since gotten a new HUGE jumbotron (pictured below) and two new indoor practice areas. We are stepping up!
Angela and James sat with us, so we got a group shot!
