So I know many of you have been wondering why I have not updated the blog...it has been killing me not too, but our internet connection has been very bad lately...we got it fixed today and I am excited to finally post some new pictures of Katelyn!
This is one of my favorites! She is getting more and more alert everyday! This little outfit was given to us by my good friend Susan - she's still a little small for it, but that just means she'll have more time to wear it and grow into it! Thanks Susan!

Sleepy girl - yawning is one of best daily activities! So cute!
Just chilling in her swing - Thanks Julie & Clayton for letting us borrow this. She loves it and we do too!
My Mom held a quick photo shoot of Katelyn while she was here. This picture is definitely professional quality. The blanket is handmade and given to Katelyn by my Aunt Mary Alice. It is beautiful and so soft! Thank you!!I love her little arms. When she wakes up from her nap she stretches them way over her head. It makes her head look huge since her little arms are still so small. Man, babies are entertaining!
The Sunday after we came home from the hospital we had our parents, my sister and the Ciomperliks & Glenn's over for lunch. Here Logan, Emery & Katelyn are meeting for the first time! They have many play dates ahead of them!
Two of my good friends from work came by last week to meet Katelyn as well, Marisa (who is expecting in December) and Besty! It was great to catch up and stay in the loop on what all is going on at work!
My Mom & Katelyn before her first doctor appointment. She did great and only lost 2 oz. since she was born! What a relief! We go back on Thursday for her two week appointment, I can't wait to see how much she weighs!
We gave Katelyn her first sponge bath in the kitchen sink. She really didn't seem to mind it too much! Let's just hope she enjoys the real thing once her belly button is ready for a dip!
Here's another cute pick from the photo shoot...She doesn't really enjoy being on her belly too much yet, but we are working on building up some tummy time to get her used to it!
My parents left this past Friday - they were such a great help - cleaning, cooking, doing laundry. I just wish they were here this week because Katelyn is so much more fun now that she is more alert and she is eating better! Can't wait for you to come back!
I'll keep the pictures coming now that the internet is working here! We also got a camcorder this week, so we'll start posting some cute videos too!

What a little sweetheart. She already looks so much different than her first pictures. It's amazing how much they change daily in the first couple of months. She's just precious & we really can't wait to meet her. Congratulations once again!
Ohhhhhhh she is so cute!! I just want to hug on her!! I can't tell who she looks like yet so she must be a good mix :)! I love, love, love all the pics!
Keep the pictures coming so that we (all of the Gradies) can watch her grow and learn about her new world in Pothland.
She looks so much more alert in the first picture than the last time we saw her. AMAZING!
GOD is good.
Take care of her and yourselves.
Love you,
MOM,Grandma,or
G-ma,Grandmary,maybe Grandie ????
She already has changed so much since I left!! She's so cute!
That little Katelyn is the prettiest grandaughter I ever had. I'm like Mary in that I still have no clue what I want to be called. I still prefer letting Katelyn name me. Lets see, Sandra is Grammy, I guess I could be Grumpy. The pictures are great! We want a movie now.
See you all soon,
lfp
