I will be 30 weeks on Tuesday...which feels like a huge milestone. This past month seems to have gone by slow and I feel like I should have hit the 30 week mark awhile ago. I have a feeling the next 2 1/2 months is going to go by very slow. We are making really good progress on preparing for our little man though. Over the past few weeks, we (I mean Lex) moved the guest bed upstairs, painted the room, painted the guest room furniture to use in Katelyn's room, moved the baby furniture into the baby room, bought 2 of the three airplanes and hung them up, etc. Today I started and finished the babies NAME decor to hang over his crib. It turned out super cute and I REALLY wanted to post a pic of it up here. BUT, we have decided to keep his name a secret again as we did with Katelyn, until he decides to make his arrival into this world. It just makes that moment, so much more special to "announce" _________ has arrived! Anyways, my mom has pretty much finished the quilt and has the curtains next on the list. On Saturday we are getting new carpet in the entire house, so once that is done, I will start decorating and buying a few other necessities. It's going to be a huge process to get all the closets cleaned out, breakables out of sight, toys probably in the garage, etc. It will be HUGE nesting feat and I think it is going to be grand - haha! What a better reason to do some deep cleaning, at least I am hoping that I will get that inspired this week! Okay, enough rambling...approx. 10 more weeks until our little man arrives. My how I can't wait to see what he looks like!

29 weeks and 5 days
Katelyn "helped" paint her baby brother's room. Notice there isn't any paint on the roller, but she had fun anyway.
The beginnings of his room. You can see the material we are going to use hanging on the rocking chair and a make shift crib skirt (that is next on my to do list to complete). This really doesn't do it justice, we already like how it's turning out though. More pics to come as we get closer to completion.

P.S. My mom loves the room.
