It's Beginning to Look a lot like Christmas...

We've been in full out Christmas mode since the day after Thanksgiving. It's been such a fun year with the kids. Katelyn has gotten into so much this year. She loved helping decorate the tree and has been extra good in order to get lots of presents when Santa comes! We went to visit Santa this past Sunday at the Mall. I was expecting Levi to cry and had told Katelyn that he probably would, she did not want him to cry so she held his hand hoping to make him feel better, what a sweet sister! She asked Santa for a skater (a scooter, like the girl down the street has) and candy. Levi did not like me handing him off to a stranger (he would have done the same thing no matter if he was a big guy with a beard or another Mom), what a priceless picture :)

Elfie Ta Da came back too!
The first night he colored a picture and wrote them a note making sure they remembered to be extra good so he can give Santa a good report each day!

He has been busy at night and finding some pretty fun places to watch the kids during the day....He's gotten hungry many times...the gingerbread house, a marshmallow bath, syrup to quench his thirst...

What better way to keep an eye on the kids, than with a telescope!

And he had to make our tree a little prettier by adding a little "ribbon", i.e. toilet paper!

We went to the Simpsonville Parade a few weekends ago and had a blast. The weather was so nice and Katelyn racked in more candy than at Halloween! Levi, especially loved the Fire Truck and variety of cars!

Surprisingly Levi has been very good with the tree. There is a "no shake" rule, but every now and then he will gently shake one of the limbs and look up with me with a big guilty grin and I'll say "no shake" and he will just laugh...stinker!

Sweet kiddos looking at the outside lights. Lex did such a great job with the lights outside, that he tripped the breaker :)
