We're growing our tree, expecting baby THREE!!

Well it's now internet official, we are expecting our third baby!! I am almost 14 weeks now and starting to feel the relief of the first trimester, although still not back to my normal self completely. I have had to keep a fairly bland diet and even then I still felt nauseous almost all day, everyday. I am hoping I feel back to normal by Thanksgiving (earlier ideally) so I can enjoy all the yummy food! 

Overall though, the pregnancy has felt very similar to both Katelyn & Levi's. Although I started feeling sickly in the 5th week (which was closer to the time I did with Katelyn as well). I didn't start feeling too bad until around week 7 with Levi. So not sure if that will be a clue as to if I am having a girl versus boy, but time will tell. 

We had our first ultrasound last Friday and everything checked out perfect. Baby's heartbeat was 163 (very close to both Katelyn & Levi at this stage). Here are the first pictures:

I got this idea off of Pinterest this afternoon and chalked it up in our driveway to make our big announcement on Facebook today. It turned out super cute, although we did bribe for smiles with Halloween M&M's!

My Mom took this picture of Levi when we told our families back in early October. We wanted to tell them in person and before we told any of our friends, which was really tough considering I was 9 weeks by the time our trip to Texas came around, but it was worth it. We had the kids wear their Big Sister/Big Brother shirts each time we were seeing a different group of family. We waited to see if they would catch on to the shirts and NO ONE did! (except for Lex's friend, Jennie, who is also pregnant, so she's got babies on the brain :) With my parents, Katelyn couldn't hold the secret any longer and she whispered "there's a baby in Mommy's belly" in her ear. With Lex's family, we had to end up pointing out Levi's shirt (2 times) to get them to get it. It was pretty funny and worth the wait to do it in person!

We should know the gender a little before Christmas (yay!) and the baby is Due May 4th! Hoping for end of April :)
