Somehow over the last month, Lex and I were able to sneak away for two little getaways!! The first one over spring break to Fredricksburg. We did a winery tour, shopped main street, ate delicious food and had a great relaxing weekend! My parents watched the kiddos during this little getaway and they were spoiled with McDonald's and waffles in the morning :)
Then on our Anniversary this past weekend, Sandra offered to watch the kids for us, so Lex used some hotel points to get us a hotel on the Riverwalk downtown. They upgraded us to a balcony room, we could smell the food, hear the water and live music from our room, it was perfect. Then we headed out for a fancy dinner to celebrate 11 years! Hard to believe 11 years have passed. The kids watched our wedding video with us this year and loved it! Katelyn now wants to wear my wedding dress when she gets married :) Such great memories!
