3rd Grade

3rd grade has been a good year for Katelyn. She has some really sweet friends and a teacher that has really inspired her to further her love of reading and writing. Katelyn thinks she is Mrs. West's favorite student...LOL. I would agree, but I'm a bit biased :)

Field Day Fun

She was such a great big sister during her party. Including him in what she could and making sure he got a snow cone too.

Katelyn's more nervous about going to a new school next year than the others, she has made some sweet friends and really doesn't want to leave them. Luckily, we'll only be an hour away, so she's making sure to get everyone's contact information and plans to stay in touch!  I have no doubt she's going to do great in Poth though.

Kinder Year End Fun

Levi has grown so much this year in so many ways. He ended up really loving his teacher and all his friends too! He made some sweet little guy friends and from what I heard, all the girls loved him too!

Mother's Day Makeovers in the Kinder classes. LOL! These boys had a blast putting on my makeup, fixing my hair, giving me massages, and painting my nails! They were too cute!

They had their year end party on Friday. They still have two more days of school, so I'll add the last day of school pics soon.

They made Mrs. Pacheco a pot for her to keep and then also signed their names on pots for each of the kids to. He can't wait to plant something in his pot.

He is really excited about starting at Poth Elementary next year!

This kid LOVED school this year and is already missing it so much. Mommy isn't nearly as much fun as all his fantastic frog friends! I pray that the next preschool we find for him will be just as good! And he will find some more fantastic friends. We are going to miss Oak Hills Preschool!

Girl Scouts

Katelyn's Troop has been busy the past month and has more fun plans for the summer! 

They delivered homemade pet beds & toys to the SA Humane Society a few weeks ago and got a behind the scenes tour! 

Then we went on a Mommy & Me Glamporee to Camp La Jita over Mother's Day weekend. We had the best time! **except for having no air conditioning. Although by the second night we were so tired it didn't matter how hot we were, we slept hard!

Lots of great memories were made this weekend! My favorite was just watching Katelyn in her element. She loved every minute of this camp. Being with her friends was definitely the highlight! She was tough, adventurous and happy all weekend long! Can't beat that! Best Mother's Day Weekend spent with the girl that made me a mom!
