A late April rain....Katelyn enjoying the rain from inside Lindsay's rain coat and her boots. She sat there for quite awhile just listening to the rain. :)
And not long after in MAY....flowers!! LOL...
Mother's Day we didn't get to spend it with the most important Momma, MINE! But we did celebrate a little earlier at Cindy's and then we sent Mimi these flowers on actual mother's day. We love you Mimi, you are seriously, THE BEST!! And we can't wait to see you more this summer!
On actual Mother's Day, Katelyn and I came home from a weekend of Girl Scout camp....A Mother / Daughter Glamporee.....which was super fun! So that night we celebrated as a family at La Gloria's Mexican...it was a beautiful night to eat outside and watch the kids play at the same time. Perfect Mother's Day. My favorite presents ever were the sweet cards/gifts that their teachers helped them make though. I've got the best kids around!!
Most of May has been spent either cleaning, decluttering, prepping for the move, driving to Poth, etc. But we've squeezed in some fun too.
While we were cleaning the garage, the boys were playing in the corner and Lex asked Levi what he was doing. He said he was washing Kyler's feet and Lex asked him why....he said, "because that's what Jesus did in the Bible."
Can you say....melt my heart! This boy is the sweetest!!
We've had the house on the market for two weeks now, so when we have showings we typically do something a little fun....like get snow cones, go the park, swimming, etc. Luckily I got all three of these snow cones for FREE (Pops, you'll like that!!)
