We took a little mini vacay before school started to Schlitterbahn in Corpus. It was fantastic! Perfect for young kiddos. Lots and lots of 'lazy' rivers, that were not so lazy and actually more like rapids! One was wave pool style and surged a big wave that pushed you all the way around a big circle. We stayed on that 'ride' for at least 2 hours. We also went to the beach while we were in Corpus and the waves were big and perfect for lots of boogie boarding! Everyone got their first sunburns (we had so much fun we forgot to stop and reapply sunscreen...ooops!)
Our Gizmo....always has something in his hands he's pretending to be something else ;)
The resort had a great restaurant and even showed a movie for the kids at night! They thought this was so cool!
