We took a quick trip to the Guadalupe River outside New Braunfels and rented an RV for memorial day weekend. The kids (mostly Levi) have been begging to try out a travel trailer for years! We had a good time, but we decided Lex and I are more cabin camping people, for sure!
The lady we rented from had it all set up for us when we arrived. All we had to bring were our clothes and food! That made it easier for sure! She even had a tent set up with games and a fire pit with wood! She had it all thought out!
Our little book lover, obsessed over the 2nd Harry Potter book the whole trip!
And Katelyn lost a tooth!! She hasn't lost a tooth on her own in 4 years I believe. She had 3 pulled when she was 8, so it was before that!
We swam a lot, played a lot of games, explored Gruene, played in the river, and just had some good family time! And even had a little "fire alarm" excitement in the middle of the night one of the nights. But "what happens in the RV, stays in the RV"! :)
