This past weekend we spontaneously headed out to Lexington, KY with our Aggie neighbors, Clayton & Julie, to watch some good ole' Aggie Basketball. We decided on Friday afternoon, with no tickets in hand to leave Saturday at 5:30 and drive 5 1/2 hours out to Kentucky, hoping to get tickets! We arrived around 11:00 walked about 2 blocks and bought some tickets off the street! It was a lot easier than we thought it was going to be...although we did end up spending a little too much for the tickets :o) But it was all worth it...the AGGIES won and are now headed to San Antonio for the Sweet 16! Clayton & Julie were also quoted in the San Antonio Express News...it helps that their friend Brent wrote the story...you should check it out...it's a great article:
