Can you believe it? We have now been married for two whole years! It is amazing how time flies when you are having fun! We have so much to be thankful for, we are truly blessed to have each other!So to celebrate, we decided to stay in for the evening and make our own Fondue! We went all out with a cheese fondue made with Emnenthaler and Gruyeye Cheeses in a wine sauce. Then of course we had to have desert, so we went with a milk chocolate, caramel (pronounced CAR-MEL) and hazelnuts! YUMMY! We ate way too much!
As some of you may know, your second anniversary is the gift of "cotton". Well, Lex took this to the next degree and got us tickets to go see David "Cotton"field...some of you may know him as David Copperfield! haha! I'm excited and he definitely gets major points for working in the "cotton" aspect. I didn't end up going with the cotton theme myself, instead went a little more practical. Every since we moved into our house, Lex has been eyeing a pressure washer at Sam's. Well, now that we are actually fixing up our backyard nice, I got him a pressure washer! It's his new toy and I am sure he will be keeping our house very clean now :o)
So all in all, we had a very nice Anniversary and look forward to many many more!
