9 Months

Katelyn is now 9 months old! What a big girl! We had her doc appointment yesterday and she is healthy as can be! She weighs 20.5 lbs (79%). She is 28.75" long (87%) and has a 17.75" head (79%)! Like I said...she is a healthy girl :o)

Today we got to hang out with baby Andy (our friend's Matt & Megann's 7 week old). He hung out with us for a few hours so Megann could get a few things done around the house while her hubby is out of town. It was a nice little taste of what it will be like when we have another little one, which I realized I am not ready for quite yet :o) Although he was a perfect little angel for me! Megann came back later in the afternoon and we celebrated Cinco de Mayo (also the day Lex and I met....6 years ago!)

When Katelyn woke up from her nap I brought Andy in and laid him next to her. She put on the biggest smile and thought he was just so much fun! Until later in the day when I was holding him and not her :o)

We went on a walk today too and got a chance to check out the new baby swings in our neighborhood park. Katelyn just loved them! Everytime we have been to any other park the baby swings are always being used, so this was her first swinging experience and I think it was a big hit! Glad they are now just a short walk away!

We are excited to see what the next 3 months have in store before our little baby becomes a toddler. No rush, I want to enjoy every minute!
