On Saturday, we had a bday party for Katelyn...with an Elmo Luau theme. With an August birthday, I wanted to do something outside/water related...so there is the Luau portion...Katelyn loves Elmo, so we combine the two. It turned out pretty cute and we had a blast with all her little friends and their parents.
She decided she wanted to help me decorate!

This time around when we sang Happy Birthday - she wasn't sure what to think...she gave us her signature "eye" and was shy about blowing out those candles. Logan ended up helping her out and once all the attention was off her, she talked non stop about singing Happy Birthday & getting a cupcake.
She is one lucky girl...she got to open even more presents from her friends & loved every bit of it. We thank you all for everything & are so thankful for great friends to share this special time with!
She may not remember this party, but we sure will. It was so much fun planning & seeing her light up with all the excitement, definitely worth it! Happy Birthday Sweetie Pie!

Great job on the party theme & decorations! It looks like the kiddos had plenty of fun stuff to do too. I wish Drew could've been there!!!!
