Happy 8th Birthday, Kyler!

Kyler is now officially an EIGHT years old! 

This sweet boy radiates joy! He has a passion for so many things…including legos, sewing, Minecraft, Harry Potter, soccer, chess, fishing, swimming, writing books….it’s quite the wide array of interest! He’s a huge reader, has a big imagination, and is silly beyond control I love watching him grow and become his own little person, he’s going to do big things one day! Happy Birthday, Kyler!

We spread out his birthday over a few weeks.....Lindsay surprised him the weekend before his birthday with a Lego Rocket!

Then he helped make his cake the night before his birthday....he requested a lemon cake, so we went with a Lemon Raspberry cake with Lemon Buttercream...it turned out pretty tasty!

Levi helped me decorate the night before....Kyler requested a wall of pillows in the hallway, so he wouldn't be able to see the decorations if he got up in the middle of the night! LOL. He enjoyed knocking them all down in the morning to a room full of decorations and a fireplace full of presents!

French Toast for the birthday boy!

Pappy brough over his present the next day as well....he was really hoping for the Lego Womping Willow set, thank you Pappy!

On Sunday, we headed back to ZDT's, in lieu of a party! During Spring Break, he wasn't ready to do all the "big kid" rides, but for his birthday...he was ready! He did it all! Plus, it was the first day for the water slides to be open so we were able to add that to out fun day too! 

After church we went to lunch at the Power Plant in Sequin an then headed over to ZDT's. It was a perfect way to celebrate! 

We celebrated again with Cindy, Drew, Mimi & Pops over Mother's Day weekend! They got him more Harry Potter legos and such! He's in Harry Potter heaven!

Happy Birthday to our baby! You are wise beyond your years and confident in who you are! I love these things about you and pray these characteristics will stick with you all through your life!
