We made quite a few desserts this year for Christmas....pecan pie, gingerbread cookies with royal icing, peppermint popcorn crunch, sugar cookies, and oreo truffles. I've never made gingerbread cookies before and they actually turned out really good!
We went to Pam's house one afternoon before Christmas too and let the Poth cousins decorate cookies and exchange presents. Love this little group of kiddos!
