Levi is THIRTEEN!

 

THIRTEEN!! 

How can we have another teenager?? 

He's still 100% kid in his heart though, which I am so thankful for! 

7th grade has been so good for him. He's tried Cross Country, loved Football (even though he had to be on the sidelines with a broken arm), elected to the Student Council, was selected as an actor in the One Act Play, and is starting basketball this week!! 

He has done a really good job of keeping up with all that, making straight A's, and still having a lot fun with friends and his family. And I love being on the sidelines cheering him on! 

Happy 13th Birthday Levi!!

We started the day at 5:30 am (he was told not to wake us up before then, he said he woke up at 1:30 and couldn't go back to sleep...hahah!!)

We got him an Xbox College Football Game and lots of things to re-do his room with (photos to follow).

Bday Breakfast: Chocolate Milk, Quiche & Blackberries

After school, he had some friends come home with him to spend the night. They played football in the backyard, football on the Xbox and we went to watch the Poth Pirates play football under the Friday night lights. It was a football kind of party, haha!

Although he was on the sidelines, he learned a lot this season of football. He was the best water boy around and was able to work a lot on his throwing and catching (mostly one armed) in the backyard. He can't wait for next year! #40

His big present this year, was a room re-do. He wanted to update it and I wanted it more functional. So we did both and it turned out super good! He loves it! Can you spot the differences?
