LEVI is NINE!

 Wow, I can't believe Levi is NINE! Time really does fly by! Only one more year in the single digits and halfway until he's 18! I just can't think about that though ;) We've started a little tradition this year where we make a scavenger hunt for the birthday kid the night before their birthday, so Katelyn did all the work and did a great job! She used a wrapping paper roll to create scrolls with clues to each of his gifts, they rhymed and were tricky! It was so much fun! They ran around the house trying to find his presents and his last present (a new desk) was hidden under some blankets in his room and he didn't even see it when he woke up...haha! 

Donuts for breakfast, church, and a day full of riding bikes and playing with all his new things. I hope you had a perfect day, Levi. We love you so much!

Cindy made him an original POTH shirt! We are now officially her walking advertisements :)

We had s'mores cupcakes after a full day of fun!

The Friday before his birthday, we invited a few of his friends over and their families for dinner, cupcakes, s'mores, and laser tag! He had a blast and we did too!

On Saturday, we went to the ranch to have lunch with Pappy and play. The kids made their own fun by using nature to create little homes, people, and such. Love their creativity!

And Pappy got Levi a new bike! He really wanted one with handle breaks!  Thank you Pappy!

We also discovered these beautiful creatures in McCoy. There were 5 of them just roaming in a field. So cool!

Our first Kiwi Crates!  Levi got two from one of his friends, he had a blast making these and reading the books that came with them too!

Sunday afternoon we headed up to the Missions in San Antonio to break in Levi's new bike. Lex and I rented electric bikes, which were amazing and made the hills super easy! I'm not sure I can go back to a real bike now :) We discovered all kinds of beautiful areas we had never seen before in SA! Great idea Levi, we'll have to do that again soon!
