October Happenings

Kyler made it into GT this year!! We are so proud of him. He is always listening, creating, and dreaming up some super cool inventions and such, which has proved to be helpful in qualifying for GT so early. He is a top reader for his class and doing so well. We love watching him learn and create! Great job Kyler!

One Saturday morning Lex went hunting early so we snuggled in my bed, watched cartoons, and we made cinnamon rolls from scratch! It was a first for me and they were delicious!

We also planted this flower bed in October, it was full of rosemary that did great for a year and a half, but all but one died off quickly. We're not sure what happened, so we started fresh with all kinds of new plants. So far so good! We also replaced quite a few other plants that weren't doing well. The kids actually all helped dig holes, move rocks, etc. This weather has been perfect for weekend yard work!

Pink out day at school. Katelyn and Evie!

Levi's first diarama of the year. Apparently 3rd grade is going to have lots of projects! We had fun making this one though! And he got a 100!

Katelyn is doing so well in her gymnastics. She taught herself a back handspring and a back flip, so we signed her up for tumbling so she can learn to do it on the ground. She's hoping to be a cheerleader next year for 7th grade!

Never a dull moment in the car line...haha!

Love these sweet kiddos and my new phone camera!

Like Mother's, Like Daughters....our friends Amy & Paige!
